How Can You Move AI-Generated Courseware into Storyline 360?

Courseware Studio can prepare the course content and an organized handoff package while Storyline remains the detailed authoring environment.

Storyline workflow

  1. Produce the course with Courseware Publisher

Review and approve the syllabus, then complete the Courseware Publisher production workflow.

  2. Generate the eLearning Import Package

On the completed project page, use Generate eLearning Import Package. Courseware Studio prepares missing or stale Module Intro Video sets before releasing the final ZIP.

  3. Download the completed ZIP

Choose Download Latest Completed eLearning Import Package and extract it locally.

  4. Open the Storyline folder first

Read the included Storyline-specific guidance and configuration resources, then use the shared course assets referenced by that guidance.

  5. Finish the Storyline-specific experience

Add the triggers, states, timeline behavior, interactions, and visual refinements your project requires.

Important boundary

The package does not generate a native .story file. That keeps the handoff accurate: Courseware Studio produces the courseware foundation; Storyline remains the proprietary authoring environment.
